Initial Comments:
An off-site, follow-up survey conducted on April 5, 2023, found that Jefferson Health at Home by Bayada, had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare Recertification survey completed on February 2, 2023.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 2, 2023.
